Aquacise
You can take advantage of our fabulous indoor Olympic
lap pool by swimming laps simply relaxing in a wonderful
wading pool, or get a great workout by participating
in our Aquacise classes. Classes are available during
both morning and evening hours.
Spa
When you finish your workout, retreat to our spa area
complete with jacuzzi's and modern steam rooms.
Locker Room Area
Enjoy our clean locker rooms with individual lockers
and large shower area. So after working out you can
freshen up to face the world a little bit healthier
than you were before.
Cardio Theater®
Our cardio Theater system features TV's AM/FM radio,
dual cassette deck and a 5 disc CD changer. Bring
a set of headphones (or buy them in our Pro Shop)
to help your workouts fly-by.
Nautilus NITRO
Melanie Fitness Center features state-of-the-art Nautilus
NITRO equipment, free weights, and rows of cardiovascular
machines, treadmills, bikes, stair-climbers and more!
Let our certified personal trainers and knowledgeable
staff help you design your own program or assist you
with any piece of equipment.
The All Pro Shop
Our Pro Shop has everything to accommodate all of
your fitness needs. Choose from our large assortment
of gloves, belts, shorts, shirts, hats and gym bags.
Take Time Out & Enjoy
A delicious and refreshing Dr. Smoothie frozen drink,
available in several delicious flavors. Or revitalize
your body with one of our energy snacks.
